First Impressions: Google Nexus 9 32GB LTE tablet up for grab at Amazon.in for Rs 43,073

Much awaited Google Nexus 9 tablet with 32GB memory option and LTE connectivity is available to buy on India’s leading e-commerce website Amazon.in for Rs. 43,073. It was announced in October last year.

Google Nexus 9 features an 8.9 inch IPS LCD display with QXGA 2048 x 1536 pixels resolution and Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by a 64-bit Nvidia Tegra K1 processor coupled with Kepler GPU and 2GB RAM. Google Nexus 9 comes with an 8 megapixel rear autofocus camera with f/2.4 aperture and LED flash and a 1.6 megapixel front camera. For connectivity, it includes 3.5mm audio jack, Micro-USB, GPS, Wi-Fi, NFC, and Bluetooth.

The device is power Backed by a 6700 mAh battery that is rated to deliver up to 9.5 hours of browsing time, up to 9.5 hours of video playback time and standby time of 30 days for the Wi-Fi model. It comes with a nano SIM slot meant only for Internet data, and doesn’t support calls. It offers 25GB of usable data.

Google Nexus 9 will be the first tablet to run Android 5.0 Lollipop OS. It also features dual front-facing speakers with HTC's Boomsound and dual microphones. Sensors listed include ambient light sensor, gyroscope, accelerometer, and magnetometer.

The 32GB LTE variant is available to buy at Rs. 43,073 in Indigo Black colour variant from Amazon India. However, it is still listed as 'Coming Soon' on Google Play Store India.
