Google offers ad blocker service for at least one dollar per month

Google has started a new service 'Google Contributor' that blocks ads on users' favourite site for one, two or three dollars a month.
According to Wired, instead of the web ads, users would see "thank you" messages being displayed on the website that participate in the program.
Google is testing the idea with ten online publishers, including MAshable, The Onion, ScienceDaily, Urban Dictionary.
Google spokesperson said that they have rolled out the service to experiment as of now.
Google is getting publishers on board and would see how it works.
