Entire Range of Windows Phone 8 Lumia devices to get Windows 10 Update


Microsoft’s Lumia handle on Twitter has reportedly tweeted that the Windows 10 Update would reach all Lumia devices that are currently running on Windows Phone 8 and Phone 8.1. However, the timeline or the specific details of the devices that would get the update is still blurry.
As all Lumia devices carrying Windows Phone 8 is expected to be upgraded to the Windows 10 OS, which will be launched in mid-2015, this would also include the low-range Lumia 520 in the list too. The Twitter handle also states that the company would also launch Lumia devices with Windows 10 OS out-of-the-box.
On the other side, the company is also said to be working on a Windows Phone 8.1 Update 2 which will include Cortana for more regions, a data toggle in the Action Centre, sortable settings and much more.The release dates for this update is also yet to be announced Microsoft.
As mentioned in the Lumia Twitter handle, the Windows 10 platform will be seen in all future smartphones, tablets, desktop PC’s and other devices like Xbox One console. The company is working on specific UI’s according to the technical specifications of each of these devices.
