ZTE V5 review: Good design, decent price

Early this week while waiting for an audience with the UP chief secretary in Lucknow, I was tempted to eavesdrop on an engrossing conversation taking place between a group of state government officials, who were there in the waiting lounge for the same reason. The topic of discussion was on mobile devices and what amazed me was the level of knowledge that has percolated down among ordinary citizens. ZTE has also revamped its distribution structure in India by appointing five regional distributors with geographical focus.
Back to the V5. The ZTE phone comes across as a great looking phone and has very good build quality. It comes with an elegant 5-inch multi-touch screen and a sharp HD finish. The phone has a white colour body at the back that gives a glossy finish but it does not leave fingerprints on the body. The front panel has a large display with three easily distinguishable keys at the bottom. The volume setting keys are placed on the left hand side of the phone and the power button is on the left side. The phone does
