Intex Aqua Y2 Pro unveiled in India at Rs 4333 with Android KitKat

The Intex Aqua Y2 Pro is the Indian manufacturer’s latest addition to its affordable smartphone lineup which attempts to offer decent specs and the latest Android has to offer at a very wallet-friendly price. The handset has been tagged at Rs 4333 and it comes in two color choices, namely black and navy blue.
The Intex Aqua Y2 Pro isn’t the cheapest Android phone on the market, but at its asking price, it’s quite an attractive launch. The handset also has an alluring design, at least the blue model does, where a few components have been sprayed in the bright hue.

For its price, the phone packs a generously sized display of 4.5 inches and visuals are in FWVGA resolution which is what we expected. Processing power is delivered by a 1GHz dual core chipset accompanied by 512MB of RAM which is just enough to deliver a smooth Android experience.

Coming to storage, there’s 4GB of onboard memory and a microSD card slot which supports up to 32GB. The phone is dual SIM enabled and it even has 3G connectivity for high speed internet access. It’s also worth mentioning that the company has delivered dual cameras at this price point with a 5MP snapper on the rear and a VGA sensor on the front.
